The construction of the D4 Business Village Luzern in stages has enabled organic growth and from the beginning has made the campus a place which is shaped by people. The D4 Business Village Luzern was opened in 2003 with the buildings Z2 und Z3. In 2006, the F1/F2 wing was added, and in September 2009, Z5 was ready for occupation. Further expansion is scheduled in a masterplan for completion in the coming years.

It almost goes without saying that in a future-oriented Business Village, the latest knowledge regarding ecological efficiency is incorporated into the construction and the running of the building.
