Architecture.
Flexible spaces to work and feel good.

The dynamic architecture of the D4 Business Village Luzern is impressive. Bright, light rooms with views of mountains, forests and meadows bring work and nature together in a perfect blend. At the same time, the individual rentable areas are modular constructions and are thus flexible and can be adapted according to the individual and changing needs of the user.

Constructed in stages.

The construction of the D4 Business Village Luzern in stages has enabled organic growth and from the very beginning has made the campus a place shaped by the people who work there. The D4 Business Village Luzern was opened in 2003 with the Z2 and Z3 buildings. In 2006 the F1/F2 wings were added and then Z5 in September 2009.

Different styles, more individuality.

The staggered construction has resulted in an interesting mix of different architectural styles. The different styles complement each other, producing a harmonic whole, allowing individual companies to express their individuality in their “home“.
